Understanding ADHD

ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of Childhood. (CDC). It's a Mental disturbance prevalent in children between the ages of 3 - 7 years that affects their ability to focus and sit still.

Children by nature are known to be playful, hyper, and sometimes get out of control, but when this happens so frequently that it starts to interfere with their ability to focus, pay attention and play quietly, there's a need to speak to a professional.
